Certificates of Competence

As from the 1st of October 2011 Scaffolding, Access & Rigging NZ has been granted by the Secretary of Labour, the responsibility to issue Certificates of Competence for scaffolding under the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995.

To apply for a Scaffolding Certificate of Competence (COC) please fill out the attached Application for Certificate of Competence form and return it with payment and a passport sized photo to Scaffolding, Access & Rigging NZ, P O Box 31067, Lower Hutt 5040. To download a form please click here

Cost of Scaffolding Certificate of Competence:
Scaffolder - new certificate of competence - $92.00 (GST incl.)
Scaffolder - renewal or replacement certificate of competence - $57.50 (GST incl.)
